Three Robins are active adult communities for adults 55+ who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle but no longer want the responsibility of home ownership and maintenance.
Residents of Three Robins can choose additional services a la carte, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal delivery, but are not required to pay for any services they do not want or need.
Retirement residences are for seniors who require a higher level of care including health care and all meals.
We reduce tenants’ rent by $200 per month if they volunteer 10 hours per month in the building or in the community. At Three Robins there are so many different volunteer opportunities that you’re sure to find something you love!
Some volunteer options include: the kitchen committee, welcome desk, woodshop helpers, quilting for cancer patients, gardening committee, event set up and tear down, fire captains, health and safety committee, resident council, and much more!
If you don’t see a volunteer opportunity that interests you, you are welcome to suggest your own. We want every resident to find a volunteer opportunity that they are passionate about.
All utilities are included in your rent including electricity, hydro, water & sewer. Also included is access to all building amenities, activities, general repairs in your suite, equipment maintenance (HVAC, appliances), snow removal, and so much more!
Yes, as part of our Shaw media package, every suite comes with access to telephone, cable and Wi-Fi. The Shaw media package is available to all residents for a monthly fee.
Yes! The building is handicap accessible and was designed with accessibility in mind! Suites feature walk-in showers, large doorways, lever handles, reinforced shower grab bars, easily accessible electrical outlets, and efficient floor layouts.
